** Christmas Delivery Information ** Orders placed before 2.30pm on Thursday 22nd December will be despatched that day by next day courier and should be with you by Christmas Eve, providing you are in England, Wales or the Southern areas of Scotland. If you require delivery to an address offshore (including Northern Ireland) or in the Scottish Highlands you need to allow at least 2-3 extra days. Please bear in mind that extreme weather conditions may cause disruption. Although we will do everything we can to get your delivery to you within the timescales above, we are always reluctant to use the word 'guarantee' as occasionally things do go wrong. You can help to ensure that your delivery arrives safely by ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the parcel, which will require a signature. We regret that we are unable to offer compensation for late delivery.
DELIVERY:
All orders are delivered free of charge within the UK.
We aim to despatch within 24 hours from the point of ordering, and delivery is normally within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends).
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and on occasion may take longer. If you require a guaranteed express service please call Customer Services for details and to place your order. We use both Yodel/HDN and Royal Mail.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
RETURNS SERVICE: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt. Purchases made during November/December as Christmas presents may be returned until 15th January. There are 3 ways to return goods to us:
FREE OF CHARGE with Collect Plus
Download a free returns label here. Returns are free of charge using our Collect Plus service from over 4000 convenience stores nationwide - all open late and 7 days a week. Find your nearest participating store here. Please obtain proof of posting and keep hold of this until you have received confirmation from us that your goods have been received.
We regret that if you are not in the locality of one of these shops we are unable to offer this service. Although it covers most of the UK there are areas (including Isle of Man and some areas of the Highlands) where the service has not yet been made available - but do keep checking as this is changing all the time.
IN PERSON At our shop in Buckshaw Village, near Chorley. Please be sure to bring your delivery note with you as we may be unable to process your exchange/refund without it.
POST OR CARRIER If neither of the above is convenient for you you can of course make your own arrangements to return the goods to us through any postal carrier. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost incurred. We recommend that you use a service with suitable insurance cover and obtain proof of posting.
