Delivery Charge:
All clothing items are delivered free of charge within the UK.
Wellingtons, boots, shoes and any bags/accessories from the footwear department will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 (inc. VAT) per order where the order total is under £100.
All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge within the UK.
Delivery Timescale:
Delivery is normally within 5 working days (excluding weekends) from the point of ordering, but this is not guaranteed and on occasion may take longer.
If you require a guaranteed express service please call Customer Services for details and to place your order.
Delivery Methods:
We use both Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
