The vast majority of orders placed with Out of the City are totally unaffected by the Royal Mail strikes, but as we do use Royal Mail for a small percentage of our despatches please find full information below.

We use a courier service for the following orders:

All orders totalling over £50 in value.
All orders containing a heavy item (1.5kg plus) such as wellington boots.

This service is provided by a number of courier companies and is COMPLETELY UNAFFECTED by the strikes.

If you are placing a small order under £50, we will continue to use Royal Mail unless you require your item/s urgently, in which case please just give us a call on 01772 433526. A next day courier option is available at an extra charge of £4.50.

We regret that the above information does not apply to delivery of orders to addresses in Northern Ireland, UK islands and the Scottish Highlands.
