ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our web site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

All goods are subject to availability.

In the event of non delivery of any items we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to the customer.


DELIVERY

All orders are delivered free of charge within the UK.

Most of our deliveries will require a signature so please make sure that someone is available to sign for the goods.

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Out of the City cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.


RETURNS

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt.

REFUNDS
 
Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods at the time of placing your order.  


YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund.  Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, before the end of 7 working days after the day you receive the goods, either by email to info@outofthecity.co.uk or by letter to our registered office address:  Out of the City Ltd, A5 Buckshaw Link, Ordnance Road, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 7EL.  

If your order has already been processed by us you will need to return it to us, using our standard returns procedure (as above).  If you do not wish to (or cannot) use our free returns service the cost of returning your cancelled item/s will be your responsibility.


PRODUCT GUARANTEES

All items purchased from Out of the City are covered by the relevant manufacturers’ guarantee policy.

If any product purchased from us develops a manufacturing fault within its warranty period, please contact us by phone or email to discuss repair/replacement.

Warranties do not cover undue wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Information and images provided on our site are correct to the best of our knowledge, but are intended as a guide only.

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
