Pampeano polo belts are measured from the start of the leather at the buckle to the middle hole. As a guide, someone who wears 32" trousers or size 10 women's trousers would need a 90cm polo belt.
All suggested sizes are based on wearing the belt around your hips.
An easy way to check your size is to measure a belt you already wear, from the start of the leather at the buckle end, to the middle hole, and select the Pampeano size which is the closest number to it.
