FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Our standard delivery service is free of charge when you spend £75, and just £4.99 on orders under £75.
Delivery is normally within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends).
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Please order by midnight on Sunday 17th December for delivery in time for Christmas using our standard delivery service.
We recommend ordering by no later than Thursday 14th December for delivery to remote, offshore and outlying areas of the UK.
Your order status will show as 'Processing' in My Account until it has been despatched. If your order is likely to be delayed we will email you to let you know.
We use a number of delivery services including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, or to addresses in the Channel Islands.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Items are despatched from multiple warehouses, so please be aware that your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
OFFSHORE, REMOTE & HIGHLANDS DELIVERY
Our delivery service to remote/outlying and offshore areas of the UK is charged at £6.99 per order.
Please allow 2-3 days longer for your order to arrive.
